Have A Service Issue?
Before logging in a Service Request, Try…
If toilet is leaking– Turn the water off by turning the cut-off valve located behind the toilet to the off position. Call for maintenance repair.
If the lights/ appliances go off– Are some off? Check the breaker box to ensure all fuses are in the “On” position. If one fuse is in between the “on” and “Off” position, flip it all the way to the “Off” position and then back to the “On” position. Are all lights out? Call SCE&G: 1-800-251-7234 to report an outage.
If GFI electric outlet does not work (outlet in bathroom)– Push the reset button located on the outlet itself. One outlet controls both bathrooms (2 Bed/2 Bath).
Garbage disposal does not work– Push the reset button located on the disposal under the sink (usually the garbage disposal is a cylinder shape; the reset button is located on the bottom of the garbage disposal).
Outlet not functioning– Make sure all light switches are in the “On” position. Some outlets in the living areas and bedrooms are operated via light switches.
A/C preventative maintenance– make sure to install all filters that are supplied to you quarterly via Filter Easy.
