Fee schedule for Charleston property management services:
- 9% of gross monthly income on unfurnished rental properties (* more info on fees page)
- 12% of gross monthly income on furnished rental properties (* more info on fees page)
- Monthly fee is only applicable once the property is rented
- One time origination fee of $750 that covers the life of the property
- Please note that we do not charge vacancy or leasing fees, a common practice in today’s market.
