  • Ads and publishing’s may be placed in local periodicals such as the Post and Courier and the Moultrie News
  • Signage at the property address

Fee schedule for Charleston property management services:

Management Fee Structure

  • 9% of gross monthly income on unfurnished rental properties (* more info on fees page)
  • 12% of gross monthly income on furnished rental properties (* more info on fees page)
  • Monthly fee is only applicable once the property is rented
  • One time origination fee of $750 that covers the life of the property
  • Please note that we do not charge vacancy or leasing fees, a common practice in today’s market.
