Have A Service Issue?
Before logging in a Service Request, Try…
If toilet is leaking– Turn the water off by turning the cut-off valve located behind the toilet to the off position. Call for maintenance repair.
If the lights/appliances go off– Check the breaker box to ensure all fuses are in the “On” position. If one fuse is in between the “On” and “Off” position, flip it all the way to the “Off” position and then back to the “On” position. If the issue persists, call your utility provider.
If GFI electric outlet does not work – Push the reset button located on the outlet itself. A GFCI outlet may control outlets not in the same room.
Garbage disposal does not work– Push the reset button located on the disposal under the sink (usually the garbage disposal is a cylinder shape; the reset button is located on the bottom of the garbage disposal).
Outlet not functioning– Make sure all traditional and dimmer light switches are in the “On” position.
A/C preventative maintenance– Make sure to install all filters that are supplied to you quarterly via Filter Easy.
